TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

  • The Rocket Restoration Annual Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to United States military veterans.

  • Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements stated in the official rules.

2. How to Enter:

  • Entrants can enter the Giveaway by completing the entry form on the Rocket Restoration website.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on 11/17/2023 and ends on 11/25/2023.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.

  • The drawing will be conducted promptly after the Giveaway period ends.

5. Prize:

  • The winner will receive a free roof installation from Rocket Restoration.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Notification:

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the drawing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 4 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Media Consent for Marketing Purposes

  • By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that if selected as the winner, they grant Rocket Restoration LLC the right to record, photograph, and conduct an interview during the roof installation process. These media assets may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and other marketing materials. Participants understand and consent to the use of their likeness and statements in these materials without any further compensation.

8. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions:

  • Rocket Restoration reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time.

  • Rocket Restoration is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

10. Governing Law:

  • The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.
